The Value of Dairy-Free Living
One of the things I quickly realized after becoming dairy free is that the practice is SO worth it. I can have a little here or there, but having too much dairy affects my skin, and stomach.
But cutting dairy out has really made a difference in all of those areas of my health. I ultimately feel so much better and so will you. In fact, you will be surprised how big of a difference you will feel after you cut out dairy from your diet.
No longer can you stick with the usual ham and cheese sandwich for lunch or normal ice cream for a snack. So instead of looking at a Lactose-free diet as a weakness, it is actually a gift.
