  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil Divided
  • 3/4 Cup Onion Diced
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Minced
  • 1 Red Pepper Diced
  • 3/4 Cup Celery Diced
  • 1/2 LB Grass-Fed Lean Ground Beef
  • 1/2 LB Grass-Fed Ground Pork
  • 4 Tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/8 Tsp Ground Allspice
  • 1 Can Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes 14 Ounces
  • 1 Can Crushed Tomatoes 14 Ounces
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 2 Bay Leaves
  • Parsley For Garnish
  • Salt and Pepper To Taste

Instructions

  • Cover the Instant Pot (make sure it’s set to sealing) and turn it to manual mode on high pressure for about 10 minutes.
