With this recipe for low carb cauliflower bites, you use almond flour and you also get a serving of vegetables out of it! This recipe will give your taste buds the joy of eating buffalo wings while keeping you in ketosis.

Low Carb Cauliflower Bites Recipe Ingredients

Fresh cauliflower already has a lot of health benefits but in order to make this recipe, you will need to roll them in flour. Flour isn’t the best thing for you, especially if you’re trying to lose weight.

To make this recipe maintain its health benefits and low carb aspects, use almond flour instead. Now for the fun part, the buffalo sauce. Frank’s Red Hot Sauce Buffalo Sauce is recommended. There isn’t a health reason for the sauce, it’s just really good.

Low Carb Cauliflower Bites Recipe Directions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet using parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine almond flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

In a different large bowl, whisk eggs together.

Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl with the eggs, coating each floret thoroughly.

Use a set of tongs or a fork to transfer the cauliflower florets to the almond flour bowl. Make sure to let the egg drip off the florets as much as possible before rolling in the almond flour mixture.

Shake and stir the florets into the almond flour mixture making sure each floret is entirely coated.

Arrange the cauliflower florets onto the baking sheet in one layer with a little space between each floret.

Bake the cauliflower at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until the florets are tender and slightly browned.

While the cauliflower is baking, whisk together the Avocado oil and Buffalo Sauce in a measuring cup or small bowl.

Remove the cauliflower from the oven and drizzle the Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Sauce over the florets.

Turn the cauliflower over and drizzle the other side as well.

Move the cauliflower over to a serving dish and garnish it with sliced green onion.

  • 1 1/2 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper Optional
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 Large Head Cauliflower Cut into Florets
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce Frank’s Red Hot
  • 1/4 cup Avocado Oil
  • 1-2 Green Onion(s) Sliced Thin
  • Your Choice of Dipping Sauce
