Add a little 2011 to it…
And what do you have? DaGeDar™ supercharged battle balls!
DaGeDar™ launched in Phoenix this week and we had the chance to test them out for ourselves. DaGeDar™ (pronounced DAH-geh-DAAR) collectible supercharged battle balls have a special feel and weight allowing children to use strategy and skill when racing them AND when planning which ones they need to add to their collection.
Collecting. Total DaGeDar fun.
Each DaGeDar™ battle ball features a unique graphic design that and with more than 240 different DaGeDar™ ball graphics planned for release this year, this is sure to become a collectible racing game that kids will love. Each ball has a special code number that children register on the DaGeDar™ website. Here they will learn more details about that supercharged battle ball’s abilities and its hidden powers. The children at our DaGeDar party were immediately intrigued with trading and collecting. Learning that rare DaGeDar balls have a 33 somewhere on them was enough to inspire some squeals before they quickly dashed off to inspect the start of their DaGeDar collection. One lucky boy was beyond thrilled at his luck of the night in owning a rare Dagedar.
Here is a video showing the carrying case that kids can use to store and transport their Dagedar balls…
Racing. Another component of DaGeDar™ fun.
Children can race their DaGeDar balls, but those this requires skill, practice, and the patience to apply what they know about each DaGeDar balls strengths and abilities. The tracks each have a starting point that allows players to control their speed and velocity.
The goal? Propel them through the loops and turns without forcing the balls off the tracks. Choose the right ball and you will win. Choose a ball that is too heavy and it will fly off the track. Choose one that is too big and won’t fit in some of the tracks.
One of the best features of the new DaGeDar toys is that they allow children to engage in play that is all their own making. They can build their own trick, add some tricks by using the “Spinners”, or battle it out with their friends with “Battle Launchers”. The entire concept behind DaGeDar balls fosters the need all children have to collect, trade, race, and have fun with their friends.
