  • 1 Can Coconut Milk
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 4 Tbsp Butter Cut into 4 or 5 pieces
  • 1 tsp Seasoned Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • Chopped Cilantro For garnish

Instructions

  • Add the corn to the slow cooker. You can arrange them nicely to get them to fit better.
  • Add all remaining ingredients except the cilantro.
  • Cover and cook on high for 3 hours without opening the lid during the cooking time. (4 hours for frozen corn)
