This helps your body avoid plateaus, keep you motivated, and optimize results FAST! I, like many others, already have some 21 Day Fix supplies, so don’t need supplies pre-packaged. So here is an 80 Day Obsession equipment shopping list that includes all of the required equipment, supplies, and accessories to make your 80 days the best it can be.

Gather your 80 Day Obsession equipment and have it all ready for January 15th, when for the first time, Beachbody On Demand members can experience each day of this program in real time along with the cast.
Workouts will be posted each day so we can feel like we are part of the action with Autumn Calabrese and the cast as they too work their way through the 80 Day Obsession workout.
80 Day Obsession Equipment – Required
9-inch and 12-inch Resistance Loops
These help strengthen and stabilize muscle groups during the exercises in 80 Day Obsession. Each resistance loop size comes with 3 loops of increasing resistance—light, medium, and heavy. You can increase difficulty as you progress and get stronger.

Meal Planning Containers
These meal prep containers are my favorites because they are durable so I can reuse them, microwave them and pop them in the dishwasher.
These are not required but I love having these on hand so I can have healthy meals prepared in advance. This makes them easy to take on the go
Beachbody supplements are not required for success while doing the 80 Day Obsession workout program. BUT, if you want to use them, they will certainly help.
I would be lost without my shakes. Sometimes I have a half a serving between meals to just take the edge off. My favorite is the Shakeology Tropical Vegan Strawberry.
We all use these for our shakes, but I love a little hustle motivation on mine.
Exercise Mat and Workout Towels
Protect those knees with a nice exercise mat if you are on a hard surface and use it for your floor work. I like having a few small exercise towels on hand, too, for any of Autumn Calabrese’s workouts.
With 80 different workouts over 80 days, it’s only natural to assume you are going to go into beast mode during the 80 Day Obsession! Having lightweights will be great too start with, and then transition to medium weights and heavy weights as you progress.
