If you do not care for strawberry fluff or want a healthier twist on this snack recipe, you can easily use vanilla or strawberry yogurt in place of the marshmallow fluff.
To make the strawberry fluff, blend cream cheese, and marshmallow creme by hand until combined.
Gluten Free Apple Cinnamon Cheerios Snacks with Strawberry Fluff

Place strawberries in a large bowl. Sprinkle with sugar and add water & lemon, and
begin to mash with potato masher until blended.
Slice the green apples to desired thickness with a sharp chef’s knife or paring knife. Remove the core and seed from the middle part of each slice. To prevent browning of apple, place the apple slices in 1/2 teaspoon salt to 1 quart of water for about 3-5 minutes.
Lay the apples on a flat surface to dry for a few minutes. Then spread the marshmallow fluff over the sliced apple and add a layer of strawberry topping.
Finally, add Apple Cinnamon Cheerios or desired Cheerios cereal to the top for
crunch and added nutrition.
