Pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil in your Instant Pot and turn it on to saute mode. Saute the onion, red pepper, celery, and garlic once the Instant Pot is hot enough until they begin to soften, about 2-minutes. 

Add the remaining olive oil in addition to the beef and pork and cook until it begins to turn brown, about 3-4 minutes. Drain the fat.

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil Divided
  • 3/4 Cup Onion Diced
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Minced
  • 1 Red Pepper Diced
  • 3/4 Cup Celery Diced
  • 1/2 LB Grass-Fed Lean Ground Beef
  • 1/2 LB Grass-Fed Ground Pork
  • 4 Tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/8 Tsp Ground Allspice
  • 1 Can Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes 14 Ounces
  • 1 Can Crushed Tomatoes 14 Ounces
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 2 Bay Leaves
  • Parsley For Garnish
  • Salt and Pepper To Taste
