Transform 20 is the newest workout plan from the mind of Shaun T and Beachbody. These workouts are designed to fit into a specific schedule. Like many Beachbody workouts, there is a Transform 20 Calendar that you would need to adhere to in order for the results to actually take effect.

Luckily, the Transform 20 calendar gives you a detailed idea of how to approach the workouts and when to do them. The idea is to have a trainer in a way without the cost of having an actual trainer.

Transform 20 Calendar | Sample Transform 20

Transform 20 is a 6-week program that will have you working out 20 minutes a day, 6 days a week to transform your body and your mind.  Each week of workouts is structured in the same way but no workout repeats.

Give Transform in 10 or Transform in 15 a try as they are sample workouts and give you an idea of what to expect.

Tip for the week:  The final two weeks are all about pushing yourself beyond where you have been before.  Your results are already showing and now you can see the finish line.  If you haven’t added bonus workouts, now is the time.  They will really help you torch calories and boost your burn.
