I can hardly believe it! Today completes Day 21 of the Jillian Michael’s 30 Day Shred. This last week, I ordered her new workout (well…new to me): Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism. It came on Wednesday so I have added that to my workout routine now as well and love the challenge!
So far, I have lost 1.5 inches on my waist and almost an inch on my thighs (Ok – if that is TMI…my sincere apologies – LOL!). That alone motivates me to continue her daily workouts!
The Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism DVD is 45 minutes or so in length, but I usually do 4 circuits, as opposed to the entire workout, if I am pressed for time. Those circuits, combined with the warm up and cool down, give me a hard 30 minute workout.
When I began this routine, I planned on taking a break on our vacation next week, but it feels too good, so Jillian is coming along for the trip. 🙂
