Quinoa is a very popular part of a healthy diet, especially in recent years. But tell someone you’re going to make them a plate of sauteed spinach and quinoa and they will probably tell you not to bother.

But stay strong, and make this dish for them. Once they try it, they will see why and how eating healthy should be possible. Eating healthy doesn’t have to be a waste of a meal, it doesn’t have to have a lack of flavor.

Sauteed Spinach | Ingredients

Making a healthy meal requires fresh and healthy ingredients. This recipe is no different with ingredients like tomatoes on the vine or fresh spinach.

That’s what it comes down to, the freshness of the ingredients. A can of spinach has a vastly different flavor than fresh spinach.

You will want to make sure these things are fresh. That freshness will make all of the difference in your finished product.

The quinoa and the beef are also important. Together, these ingredients make one amazing dish that everyone will enjoy. Even the younger members of your family. As long as you can get them to try it.
