- 1 Cup Kale Sliced into thin ribbons
- 1 Cup Mushrooms Sliced
- 1 Medium Turnip Cut into cubes can substitute sweet potato if diet approved
- 3 Celery Stalks Sliced
- 1 Cup Carrots Sliced
- 2 Cloves of Garlic Minced
- 1 Medium Onion Chopped
- 1 Tbsp Dried Thyme
- 1 Tbsp Dried Parsley
- 2 Bay Leaves
- Salt and Pepper To taste
