Brie and Grape Quesadilla Recipe

You also need grapes; we use green grapes. But you will need to cut those grapes in half no matter what color you use.
A little salt and pepper because we do not forget to season our recipes. And, of course, the tortilla, your choice, will work great, though we went with a basic flour tortilla.
How to Make a Brie and Grape Quesadilla
Coat a cast iron skillet with ¼ cup vegetable oil and heat it up over low to medium heat.
Slice the brie cheese into thin slices and cut the grapes into halves.
When the oil is hot, place the tortilla in the cast iron skillet and lay the ingredients on top.
Fold the tortilla in half or add another tortilla on top of the ingredients.
Flip the tortilla to lightly brown each side and continue flipping until you have reached your desired color or the cheese is completely melted.
Remove the quesadilla and cut into sixths or quarters. Enjoy!
