Remember, this is an at-home workout, so you can watch it on DVD, or on Beachbodyondemand.com no matter where you are. The 21 Day Fix Dirty 30 workout from Beachbody is an intense, full-body workout, that will help you reach your fitness goals!
We’re going to hop right into this review of the 21 Day Fix Dirty 30 workout so you can get an idea of what to expect. I love that this is part of a whole-body system.

21 Day Fix Dirty 30 Workout Review {Moves & Exercises}
Overall, the 21 Day Fix Dirty 30 workout is a tough one. It’s intense and fast-paced, but it also includes weight work, which is always an added challenge. This one is harder than some because it’s not just cardio, it’s strength and muscle training.
You get that burn until the end of the workout that really gets to you! Be prepared for a tough workout. But always remember that it is tough for a reason, not just to be tough.
These workouts allow you to grow into them in a safe way but once they will ask you to push yourself further than you thought you could.

Dirty 30 Calories Burned
For the 21 Day Fix Dirty 30 workout, you will burn approximately 200 calories. This will be different for everyone depending on if you modify any of the exercises, how much effort you put out, and your starting weight/body type.
If you have a fitness tracker, you can more accurately monitor your calories burned and heart rate. I love my Apple Watch when it comes to working out. It gives me an exact overview of my heart rate, my calories burned, and, of course, my time!
Dirty 30 Workout Videos
