Easy Crockpot BBQ Ribs Ingredients:

When it comes to making ribs, the best tip you will ever get is going with a dry rub. Other meats require a liquid marinating process but ribs are very different.

The flavor from the meat is enough to carry any meal with a side of a good sauce but a dry rub using things like coarse salt, smoked paprika, and garlic powder will work wonders for your ribs. There are a few other things that need to be added to this dry rub but when it’s all said and done, you will never go back.

Easy Crockpot BBQ Ribs Directions:

Combine the dry rub ingredients in a medium bowl. Rub to cover both sides of the ribs. You can save any leftover rub in an airtight container.

Heat a large skillet or grill pan and quickly sear both sides of the ribs for about 2-3 minutes per side until the rub forms a light crust.

Place the potatoes in the bottom of the Crockpot. Line the ribs along the outside of the Crockpot, around the potatoes.

Pour your bottle of barbeque sauce over the ribs, in the Crockpot. Be sure to pour sauce down both sides.

Cook on low for 8-10 hours.

Once the Crockpot is done, place the ribs and potatoes onto a cooking sheet. Brush the ribs and potatoes with some of the sauce from the Crockpot.
