Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet using parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
In a different large bowl, whisk eggs together.
Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl with the eggs and coat each floret thoroughly.
Use a set of tongs or a fork to transfer the cauliflower florets to the flour bowl. Make sure to let the egg drip off the florets as much as possible.
Shake and stir the florets into the flour mixture making sure each floret is well-coated.
Arrange the cauliflower onto the baking sheet making sure it stays in one layer with a little space between each floret.
Bake the cauliflower at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until the florets are tender and slightly browned.
While the cauliflower is baking, whisk together the Avocado oil and Buffalo Sauce in a measuring cup or small bowl.
Remove the cauliflower from the oven and drizzle the Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Sauce over the florets.
Turn the cauliflower over and drizzle the other side as well.
Move the cauliflower over to a serving dish and garnish it with sliced green onion.
