Ingredients
1BunchOrganic Kale
1tspApple Cider Vinegar
1/4CupAvocado Oil
Salt and PepperTo Taste
Instructions
Wash and dry the kale.
Using Kitchen Shears, cut the kale off of the hard center stem. Then, cut or tear the kale leaves into large “chips.” Be sure to leave them large since they will shrink slightly as they cook.
In a bowl, whisk together the oil and vinegar. Gently massage the oil and vinegar into each kale leaf with your hands. Sprinkle the kale chips with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the kale in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 4-5 minutes at 375 degrees. Shake the basket once or twice during the cooking process. The chips are done when they are completely crispy. Depending on how much you want to cook, this may need to be done in batches.
Remove the kale from the basket and place in a large bowl. Set aside and do your next batch at this point. You can either add other flavorings at this point or enjoy!
