2Roma Tomatoes
1Red Bell Pepper
1Yellow Bell Pepper
1Orange Bell Pepper
1/2Medium Red Onion
2Avocados
1CanBlack Beans
1TbspOlive OilLight
1 1/2TspVinegar
1 1/2TspHot Sauce
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Salt
Cilantro
Instructions
Finely chop all vegetables and mix together.
Sprinkle salt and pepper over top of mixture and mix together.
Sprinkle garlic powder over the top of the mixture and mix together.
Sprinkle cilantro over top of the mixture and mix together.
Allow to set in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and serve chilled.
Notes
Allow about 30 to 45 minutes to chop the vegetables depending upon your speed and expertise. The rest of the preparation takes twenty minutes tops! This dish will serve 6-8 people easily.
