Keto Bread Recipe

With its crispy crust, soft center and mild herb flavor, this keto bread recipe is perfect for your keto diet or any low carb diet to help you lose weight.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup almond flour fine ground works best
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 6 eggs with whites and yolks separated
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375.

  2. Add the apple cider vinegar to the egg whites and beat until the whites are soft with foamy peaks.

  3. Combine all of the dry ingredients in a food processor. Add the egg yolks and melted butter. 

  4. Using the dough, or slow speed, begin to combine the ingredients and slowly add the egg whites. Mix until combined and not lumpy. This should not take long! 

  5. Pour mixture into a greased loaf pan or muffin pan. Bake for 30 minutes, then insert a toothpick in the center to make sure the bread is cooked through. 

  6. Brush the bread with melted butter and top with a little sea salt for extra flavor.
