2LbsGround Beef
1CupSliced Baby Bella Mushrooms
1Medium OnionChopped
1Roma TomatoSliced
1Clove GarlicMinced
26-36Pepperoni Slices
1TspOregano
3CupsMozzarella Cheese
214 oz Jars Pizza SauceSugar-Free
1CupParmesan CheeseGrated
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructions
Brown the ground beef in a large skillet. When nearly browned, drain off the fat and add the onion, oregano, salt, pepper and garlic. Over medium heat, store and cook for about 4 minutes until the onion is soft.
Spray your crockpot with oil to prevent the casserole from sticking. Then add the ground beef mixture to the pot and stir in 2 cups of the mozzarella.
Pour the pizza sauce over the ground beef mixture, covering the entire mixture
Layer 1 cup of mozzarella over the sauce.
Place your topping on the sauce starting with the roma tomato slices, then mushrooms and pepperoni.
