Unicorn bark is a fantasy filled interpretation of the universally favorite candy bark that you can make in your own kitchen.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Microwave the white chocolate melts according to the directions on the package. Use a spatula to spread the chocolate out, taking care that it is not too thin.
Working quickly, top with candies and sprinkles.
Return to the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Use a knife to cut the unicorn bark into pieces.
To gift, place the pieces of bark in a glassine bag and tie with decorative ribbon or tule.
