Ingredients
115 ozcan of black beansrinsed and drained
115 ozcan of whole kernal cornrinsed and drained
4roma tomatoesseeded and chopped
1red bell pepperdiced
1jalapenoseeded and minced
1/4cupcilantrochopped
1/4cupred oniondiced
1tbspgarlicminced
1/4cuplime juicefreshly squeezed
2tbspred wine vinegar2
tbspolive oil
1tbspTobasco
1tbspcumin
1tspsalt
1/2tspground black pepper
2large avocadosdiced
Instructions
Mix black beans, corn, tomatoes, red bell pepper, fresh garlic, jalapeno pepper, cilantro, and red onion, vinegar, lime juice, tabasco, olive oil, cumin, salt and black pepper in a medium bowl.
Add avocado and fold into the mixture.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap, putting it right on top of the salsa; chill for at least 2 hours.

Notes
If you prefer your salsa less spicy, then leave out the Tobasco and jalapeno, or the seeds from the jalapeno.
