					<description><![CDATA[This is SO good! We had a couple skirt and flank steaks when we ordered beef this year. I’d never cooked these cuts before, so this is the recipe I used for my first try. I did let sit in the marinade for 48 hours in the fridge for 2 days before I was ready to cook it, then crock pot on low for 7 hours. Amazing!! I would think this would be good for venison as well.]]></description>
