Everyone loves the holidays at Disneyland as the magic is taken up a notch with the wonders of the winter season. We love walking the park to see the stunning decorations but this year for our little Ava, part of the magic is also finding her favorite Frozen characters.
If your little girls are trying to find Frozen at Disneyland during the holidays, be sure to look in these three places.
“A Christmas Fantasy” Parade
This parade travels a well-loved route around the Small World mall area and features some beautiful sights during the holidays. Princesses are dressed up in their best holiday dresses including Anna and Elsa from “Frozen”.
Olaf’s Frozen Ice Rink
This is a great way to give your children everything they love about Frozen without having to go into the parks. Olaf’s Frozen Ice Rink is located in Downtown Disney in the Winter Village near ESPN Zone and is open 3pm-10pm Sunday through Thursday with extended 11pm hours on Friday and Saturday.
Tickets for Olaf’s Frozen Ice Rink are $17 for adults, $15 for children ages 3-9. Annual Passholders and those staying at the Disneyland Resort Hotels save $2 on tickets and active military skates for $10.
Olaf’s Frozen Ice Rink opened November 13th and will remain open for Frozen fun through February 22, 2015! Skates are available for rent and helmets are provided free of charge for those who skate.
“World of Color – Winter Dreams”
The “oohs” and “aahs” could be heard throughout the crowd as we watched the newly updates “World of Color” show. “Winter Dreams” features everyone’s favorite, Olaf, a ton of songs, as well as Anna and Elsa.
I captured a video of Ava’s favorite song from “World of Color – Winter Dreams” during the holidays at Disneyland and hope your little girls will love it just as much as she does.
As you leave Disneyland and Disney California Adventure, be sure to stop at Anna and Elsa’s Boutique in Downtown Disney. This is a new addition to the downtown area and gives Frozen fans the opportunity to be transformed into Anna or Elsa – a complete hit for young girls!
